TERMS AGREEMENT
WHOLESALE PRICES: Prices are listed by item number and priced in RMB. Subject to change without notice.
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT: No minimum order
CREDIT CARDS: We don’t accept credit card so far, we only accept wire transfer.
INTERNATIONAL & PROFORMA ORDERS: A 50% deposit is required before the order can be released for packing and shipping. Proforma orders are considered a 'Hold for Confirmation' until a deposit is received. Cancelled orders already packed are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
DELIVERY: Goods will be delivered with in 4 weeks to 6 weeks for international shipping. We will do our best to meet your requested date, but it is not guaranteed.
BACKORDERS: Every effort is made to ship orders quickly and completely, but occasionally an item must be backordered. As soon as such items become available, we will ship without notice. Backorders less than $50.00 or older than (6) months will be cancelled. If you have any instructions regarding backorders, please indicate when order is placed.
DAMAGES: Customer asked to photograph the damages, e-mail the photos to: info@globalviews-china.com within 5 working days of delivery. We only accept any claims within 10days. If the damages are not promptly and fully noted and reported, we might not be able to assist customer with later claims.
RETURNS: No returns or damaged merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization issued by our Customer Service Department. All returns for reason other than damage or defect are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus freight charges.
